This Dynamics Week session focuses on key topics from Microsoft’s release wave 2. In the first part, Dominik Rzepnicki will explain the functionality of AI features and updates for Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service in a demo. You will learn how to efficiently synchronize Dynamics 365, Teams and Outlook. In the second part, Stephanie Schenk will show you how to link emails to different types of records. With this update users will be able to associate an activity record with additional related party records.
